PLEASE HELP.

Ahh, but you've come so far already and the first week is admittedly, the hardest. Well done for resisting that sarnie.

As with CD & LL, drinking more water helps with those 'feelings of hunger'. Something I've learnt recently is that the little gnawing feeling you get when you think you might be hungry, is your body getting into it's fat stores for energy. Too many times we feed that feeling rather that allow our bodies to use stored energy. When you see it that way, a little feeling of hunger ain't such a bad thing. Have a glass of water, wait 20 minutes and see how you feel.

Some tricks I've picked up are to chew sugarfree gum (but not if you are the sort of person who gets hungry from chewing gum): drink some sweetened tea/coffee (artificial sweetener of course) & find a distraction.

But well done again for resisting temptation.

Oh no don't give up!! I am only on day 3 so can't tell you how much easier it gets, but judging by all the posts on here it does get easier and will be well worth it. I agree with you about food tormenting you, i have a 13 month old daughter and am constantly feeding her and my fiance loves his food! I just keep imaging how it must feel to be weighed and you have lost weight. The thought of that feeling will keep me going. I really hope you don't eat that sandwich, it won't be as nice as you thought (advice i read on here)

Another little trick I picked up: Dab vicks under your nose. What you can't smell won't bother you.

I wanted to be honest because we have an open plan office but now they know they are always talking about food, one woman in particular makes a point of putting her hand over her mouth and shouting sorry! I wish I could be invisible, well I may soon well be if I am a skinny minnie ! ha ha

Now that sucks. You'ld think your colleagues would be a bit more supportive now that you've told them. Let's hope you get into that zone where the sight or smell of food does nothing for you very soon. Being at goal is likely to be more delicious.

It does get easier!!!! I'm on Lipotrim for da second time and I remember it does!!!
So stick with it! I find that strong peppermint tea helps with my cravings, and, yes, drinking water!

Also today I spent 30 mins surfing for the perfect holiday to show off my new body...

My area is right across from the kitchen so I can see all the chocs and biccies that r left out! And I swear since I started this someone has been bringing in the most goregous smelly soupy/stew for lunch so that when I come back the smell is EVERYWHERE!

So inconsiderate of other people to eat nice things.
