support needed quick!

hi everyone

right i know this isnt really lipotrim related but in a way it is i suppose.

im feeling a bit upset here right now as a work collegue with whom i jobshare has this week sent me a very nasty email in which we ranted on at me for asking her holiday dates for this year and also about ordering stationery, which ive been doing the same way for the past 10 years and which incidently i've been doing 5 years before she came to work here!

im one of those people who if i dont stick up for myself tend to get walked on cause im basically quite shy but try hard to overcome it...like a lot of people im sure

anyway...i was going to write her back a rude note like she did to me and then i thought no, im bigger than you and i actually laughed at how shes made herself look..which is something i would never have done before i started this diet...perhaps its making me a stronger person?! who knows

Good for you for being the better person ... however, I do think a response is warranted. I'd be inclined to send a message with something like 'we can discuss this further when you are ready to do it in a reasonable adult manner'.
Short, curt but showing you are not willing to take her cr*p!
