I've read on one of the sticky threads that some people add 1 day a week instead of 1 week every month.
I was just wondering from peoples experiences if this eating knocks people out of ketosis? I would have thought it did so you are getting back into ketosis once a week instead of once a month.

Is this something that once ketosis is establish shouldn't effect you that much?
