what's the difference between lighterlife and Cambridge?

Just online killing sometime and keeping away from food!

Was noseying on the lighterlife forum and if you do lighterlife you stay on the food substituted until you get to goal, just wondering y u can do that on lighterlife and not Cambridge?

It's all to do with doctor sign off. If your BMI is under 40 you can do Cambridge without doctor authorisation but you do add a meal after every fourth week, if you wanted to skip this you would need doctor authorisation. Before commencing lighterlife you have to have doctor signoff and the initial period of abstinence is 100 days.
