Solo slim?

Hi is anyone doing the solo slim diet? Seems a bit like diet chef just wondered if anyone had feedback on it? X

Hi I'm doing it the meals are nice , and to be honest I've had hen dos weddings and birthdays so havnt been 100% on it but in the week when I have been I've noticed the difference! I will be getting on it properly after my friends wedding Saturday!

What do u do is it bar breakfast soup lunch and then packed meal for dinner ? X

Yeh or I have 1200 cals a day and try stay under 5% fat so work around that
