Weight gain after Lipotrim

Well guys, I've been off lipotrim for 2 months and had my lovely All Inclusive holiday that you are all sick of hearing about!! Today I want to get more shakes and was so thrilled when she told me I weighed exactly the same as I did the last time I went. I've been surrounded by loads of people telling me how I'll put all the weight back on when I begin to eat normally and you know what......THEY WERE WRONG!!

Just hope this gives you all some hope. Anyway I'm back on the wagon now.....I've got a way to go before I'm in my size 12's again! I'm hoping another stone and a half will do it. :D

Sharon, well done and you are right it does give me hope as I was quite concerned about when I get to goal (a while yet I know)

Did you watch what you were eating on holiday shazpaz or did you do what I usually do and "GO FOR IT".

It is great to hear that not everyone puts the weight back on, I have done lipo trim a couple of times and always put the weight back on and more, but my trouble is I have never followed the refeed week and i suppose thats the most important part!!

I slipped yest but totaly back on track - just nibbling my flab jack just now - GADZ but least its something to chew!! I am def trying my utter hardest to do the remainin 3 weeks of the 4 weeks I had set myself then will refeed the week before our trip to Dublin end of Jan. x

I pretty much ate what I wanted. I did try and have limited amounts of pasta/rice/potato/bread but I had a huge breakfast, a big roast for lunch with cake afterwards and for e.g steak and backed pot for tea, after soup/bread and maybe cheesecake for dessert. I had wine a lunch and dinner and countless cocktails. I did up the exercise...i.e I do nothing now and I was swimming and doing aqua aerobics.

I was chuffed to bits....I think I maybe put a couple of pounds on, but after watching what I ate when I got back I'm now back to normal (plus I'm on day three now so I suppose I could have lost a bit of something over the last two days). Even so.....when I first stopped I did the refeed exactly and I think that does make a huge difference.

Shazpaz, that is exactly what I wanted to hear - I too get those that say this is not natural you'll put it all back on again and more, so delighted to hear that. And well done with the holiday and everything and the festive season you have done so well.
