Hi I lost 3 stone on Cambridge last year and have another two stone I would like to lose. Trouble is I am not looking forward to the disruption doing sole source causes to every day life - ie having to cook food for the family but not eat it - never going out for meals with friends etc. I'm just not in the mood for that right now!
Do you think I could have a shake for breakfast and lunch and then eat a normal meal in the evening (ie same as the family - cottage pie - spag bol) and still lose weight? I appreciate it would take longer to lose weight - but I'd still be having reduced calories and so although not going into ketosis - I should still lose weight gradually providing I don't snack???
