Will B Slim
Hi all
I am currently 5mths pregnant, after losing most my weight on cambridge i have started gaining to much weight:mad:

I keep telling myself it is not that bad but after struggling with the weight for so many years i am so worried that i will gain loads:sigh:

Anyway one thing that is keeping me going is knowing that i can do cambridge after. Does anyone know how soon after having the baby i will be allowed to start?

thanks

3 months is the official line. Personally after 3 months I found 3 items on SS was not enough, so sometimes I had 4, sometimes 3 & some food, sometimes 100% SS, sometimes 100% SS but milk (full fat!) too. After a baby listen to your body, having said that Tracy B (slimmer of the year) has lost over 11st since having her baby at the start of 2007 & I always felt guilty as her CDC saying "no still not 100% on it!!!"

Good luck with baby & weight loss.

Oh one extra thing, you can use CD as a nutritional suppliment during pregnancy. I had a bar most days rather than going for a chocolate bar or crisps.

Yep, 3 months, I'm on it after having my boy back in September. Its hard, getting pregnant straight away, you haven't had time to stabilise, build up some muscle, do maintenance, and then you launch straight into a situation where you can't even do low carb and can't get any sense out of any health professionals about what you should be doing other than "dont diet, you're eating for 2"!
