ive been reading through the forum and SSing seems to be used a lot..can you tell me what that means cause i've been trying to work it out and can't...my excuse is its late lol

SS=Sole Source. 3/4 Cambridge 'meal' packs a day (depending on height and sex....sorry gender...it is late!) and nothing else. More detailed explanation the Cambridge Diet website.

For me it means Lipotrim and nothing else.....total food replacement! Just having the shakes and no food.
