The more I have tried to find the answer to this question, the more confused I have got!
A few websites say no more than 4 weeks but 4 weeks isn't going to enable me to achieve the losses required - probably much nearer 7 to 8 months is needed.
Is it safe to be on a total food replacement diet for that long?
Has anyone done it for that length of time?
