Newbie starting slim n save - Hello :-)

Hi All
Ive been a lurker on here for many years and have tried weight watchers, slimming world, cambridge .....
Well I don't think I've ever actually posted on here but am absolutely determined this time and feel that as Ive been on a more or less permanent diet since my teens its time I finally reached my goal weight!
