I've just bought this new DVD which looks like great fun. Dancing is a brilliant way to exercise and doesn't feel so much like straightforward exercise!!
p.s. I've just checked it out on Amazon who are also selling it, and there is a video clip you can watch. It looks brilliant. Not ballrooming dancing, but dancing exercises that you can do on your own in the comfort of your own living room!
