Well done to you for sticking with SS :clap:
Although I didn't SS I did still feel in control.
This week is my AAMW, but I had an xmas dinner - chicken yakatori to start then a bit of everything (turkey, roast pot, roast parsnip, pig in a blanket, stuffing, cauli, brocolli, sprout, carrot, gravy) this was so small that it all fitted very easily onto a side plate, I then had a tiny portion of xmas pud and custard, followed by an after dinner mint. I still had 5 litres of water and that was it.
I have to admit I was a little scared of how I would deal with this situation after not eating for so long, but the thing is although I had a small portion of the above, it was still too much for me and I ended up leaving some - pratically unheard of in my pre CD days - I would just carry on wolfing down until the plate was clear, stuffed or no stuffed! Am I finally learning to eat like a normal person???
Today I've got back onto SS without any of the problems I anticipated, and I am in ketosis. I consider myself VERY VERY lucky considering that I ate more carbs than is stated for AAM.
I promised myself when I started CD 71 days ago, that I would have a small xmas dinner and that has helped keep me going, so I know how you are feeling about easter
Once again, well done to you for showing willpower and sticking with it xx
