Week 7 weigh in

Loss of 3.08 this week, it is the lowest I have got so far, but I am still quite pleased with it. I know I didn't exercise as much as I should have this week so I need to step it up.

I need to get a 3.54 loss next week to get to exactly 35 loss for my goal, but I am not going to be that strict on myself.

Our LL is going to do us a foodpack party next week, which will be cool. I will get to try some of the packs I have not tried yet and she is going to do some of the recipes too.

A bit worried about my BP (I posted this somewhere else, but forget where now :rolleyes:) but it was way up where it shouldn't be and quite a worry, I was expecting it to go down. Not sure what is going on, but hoping that next time I can relax more and it will come down.

Managed to get through baking sausage rolls for DDs nursery party yesterday which is quite an achievement for me. Now just have to get through 13 for dinner on Sunday :eek:
