Hi
I am not new to the forum but I am new to CD. Well nearly. I started with LL on the 2nd Jan 07 and lost nearly 6 st and have been trying to maintain since 29th May.
I have had a gain of 1.5st and have spent a lot of time feeling guilty about things I eat.
Anyway I made a decision 6wks ago to go back onto LL on the 2nd Jan 08 for probably only 6wks to shift this gained weight and possibly a little bit more and then try and maintain it again.
Yesterday I discovered that a new CDC has set up in my area so I gave her a call and decided that I would give CD a chance if I could be accepted to SS with only a small amount to loose.
Anyway I have an appointment with her on the 7th Jan. I have some LL packs left so officially the diet starts on the 7th but I will already be SS from the 2nd Jan 08. I want to be back in my summer wardrobe in time for summer and this time I intend to stay in a size 10 not wander into the 12's!!!
I am now going to get to grips with the posts in the CD section and wish you all a merry xmas and a happy new year.
Jo
