Eugh. Feel awful.

So generally on lighter life I have felt great. More energy, which has meant I have got more done around the house which also makes me feel better.

However, today I feel awful. I have a headache, feel slightly dizzy and sick. Worst of all I feel hungry for the first time in weeks. I'm drinking plenty of water today to try and hide the cravings but without much luck.

This could of course be completely non-lighter life related and I'm just going down with something.

I know exactly how you are feeling right now. I guess everybody has these kind of days from time to time. We can't do anything against it. Nevertheless try to hide the cravings and don't eat too much. Remember your aim of losing weight! But I think a few small things which don't fit into the normal diet plan are allowed today as long as you stop it again tomorrow!
 
I had this in about week 3-4 - I could barely get off the sofa, I was so drained. Then it suddenly went away and I've been fine up unti llast week when I felt 'off' again (heavy legs, dizzy etc).
 
An ibuprofen with lunchtime's food back seems to have helped. At least I feel I can last the afternoon at work now.

However, my rebellious child is now working overtime and keeps trying to persuade me to binge this evening, you know, 'cause it's cold and I don't feel well. Well Mr Rebellious child, I have plenty to do this evening, have little money, it's going to be cold for ages and I'm not going to eat my way through the winter months.
