hi ladies sorry ive not been on for a while just been looking at all your posts your all doing so well . I've not been to bad put a couple of pounds on whislt i had the flu but lost it again running round doing xmas shopping ( the truma of christmas arrrrggg) well think i will be busy till after xmas now dont know if i will have time to pop on her but i hope you all have a brilliant christmas and be strong im going to try my best . bea hows the bumb going hope all ok
