Hi all the weather is depressing here cold dark and wet .
I have to go to work all day so will cheer up few peeps with a warm meal.
Hope wedding was amazing
Had to miss my official wi due to no one to take me but have lost over a stone in last 3 weeks(my scales) and wi next monday,official wi gives me such a boost so think i might struggle this week.
Half way through my first 2 litre bottle of council pop so get glugging peeps xx

Hiya lady's, I'm back on ss today after having 2 weeks of eating like a pig!!!!!

Was very tempted to leave it til after xmas but have decided to get back to it and not stress about the night's out I've got just get straight back on the next day.

How-Do!
Just had my second cup of (mostly) green tea and starting my second litre of water.
Lost 2lbs this week so very pleased to have met my November challenge, and according to KD's calculator I'm 1lb under the average for my peer group. All in all feeling very positive.
Got my winter coat from M&S at lunchtime, I'll need it when I GO HOME IN 11 DAYS!!! *heehee*
Hope everyone else is feeling equally chipper and well-hydrated, and for anyone who isn't lemme know and I'll lend you some positivity - got a bit spare today!

Afternoon, What's with this weather, I am sat here Blardy freezing.

Only on my 2nd litre of water, too cold!!!! Had 3 green teas and a coke zero. I hot shake. Heating is on full pelt (reminder to order some oil)

Have finally started to write some Christmas cards, slow job...can't get the motivation.

What with the faces Leah....??? lol

off to make another tea to warm my hands up. Does anyone else get cold hands when they are using PC??

It's just crazy. I'm still in full time Uni, writing my dissertation on breast cancer therapy, and assistant manager of frankie and bennys cardiff bay! - well, once i'm trained :D
