excerise?

How much is everyone doing, I used to love walking but with the cold i can't as much. Is there anyone that does hardly any excerise yet still has a loss each week by just sticking to points.

BTW found some lovely fish by tesco which only has a light coating of breadcrumbs and is only 3pts for a fairly big piece.
 
was doing crap paula lol but got my head back on and had a really good day yesterday. Hows living in oz bet its lovely!

I did hun, but only lasted 3 days.........i just think life is too short to starve lol. Had a hectic month with birthdays. But back on track now.
 
Hello!! well, I have great intentions :D - the first 2 weeks on ww I walked every night, then didnt for 5 months, then I went great walking for another week - then stopped yet, I have consistently lost 2 - 3 pounds every week!!! (I know the bit of exercise would help but Im happy enough with my progress, just find to too hard to get the time and like yourself, the coooolllllld!)
 
hi mate i tried cambridge again but failed.Yeah its lovely here wish id done it years ago.The only thing is ive got no excuse for exercise have i lolxx:)
 
I try to go jogging every day. I really like this kind of sport and I feel so happy afterwarts. If gives you the chance to exercise and to run away from everything (which is good for me, because I am really busy at work right now). But I think that Weight Watchers should also work by not doing any sports although this decreases you weight loss very much!
 
Aww hun i know how dishearting it is, but you have done bloody amazing and i am in awe of you. Here's to a big loss next week, hang in there mate x
 
Well walked for an hr today and got caught in a hail storm and thunder with rain....lovely!! my jeans were falling down by the time i got home lol.
 
lol sadly they were only falling down cos the weight of the water from the rain was forcing them down
