Day 14 - What have I done!

Hi all

Well I think, sorry, I KNOW I have found the switch to restart CD.

I weigh 15 st 11 lbs and am 5'2 and WILL lose 3 st in time for christmas.

Its day 1 and feeling excited. So far I have had a choc tetra split with hot water.
