I'm a bit aprehensive........

I am thinking of doing the Cambridge diet, but I have a few worries. Are their any negative side effects to doing it? I have heard e few horror stories! Do you have to stick to it religiously? What happens if you have a slip up? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Also, I realise you lose lots of pounds in weight, but how long does it take to see any physical changes? Thanks again! x

Hi Glittergirl, if you follow your CD Councillor's instructions and drink plenty of water, once you are over the first few days, there are no problems. I have been doing it for six weeks now and have lost just over two stone and 16cms from my bust, 17cms from my waist, 14cms from my hips and 10 from my tum (which hangs down still). I am very pleased with the results. So many people succeed. Give it a go. (I will say though that you really have to want to do it)
Good luck

Good Advice Dragonfly

I agree with Dragonfly, that is good advice. The only thing I would add is that if you slip off it is soooo sooo hard to get back to it so try to jump on and stay on for as long as you possibly can. There is no denying is a difficult diet but the rewards far outweigh the difficulty. Go for it if you want fast results! Good luck Vx
