Just a quick post, just had an idea........
Last Xmas I was very obese....
This Christmas I am trying to get to 9stone 7lb, but just had a thought... What better than to say I'm not over weight any more.. to do this I need to be 9stone 10lb, so there you go just over 7lb and there you have it, it's Christmas....
Silly post I know, but the idea appealed to me.. and 9stone 7lb feels like months away....
