What effect does totm have on weight loss?

Hello, I am in week 2 of SS, and experiencing totm, i have been weighing myself each morning to see the pounds coming off, but so far this week I have plateaued, is this common?

Yes this is very common when it is TOTM...some women can put on weight at this time too.
But it will show a lost next week so don't get disheartened.

Water retention is a problem for a lot of my ladies at that time. I know when I am suffering from totm related problems, my rings feel tight and my eyes feel puffy, and the weight just does not budge.:cry: However the weight loss does even out over the following weeks.
