ok well ive done my xmas challenge!

only needed to lose 2lbs lost 5 this week!

total 6 stone 1 GONEEEEEEEEEE!!

on the road to maintenance now!!

hi all!!!

thanks for your comments! i started at 18 10 and now im 12 9- still sounds quite heavy but apparently i dont look that weight and its best to do the maintenance now for xmas!im 5 foot 8!secret is dont give in. if you need to eat have a bit of chicken!that never hurt me and get ur water down yas!!

ill probs lookin at becoming a cdc in the new year!xx
