I buy the lighterlife magazine even though i don't follow the diet as there are so many interesting articles in it.

I have the Autumn 2007 one and was wondering if their is a more up to date one out for xmas or if it is in the new year.

any help appreciated.

I believe the next one is due around Xmas. I understand they only come out every 3 months or so
