Prob a bit late but I got some NV's from here Calories in Salt And Pepper Wings - Nutrition Facts & Other Nutritional Information | LIVESTRONG.COM

Put them through the calculator using chicken as a free food and it comes out at 4.5 syns for a 90g portion (approx 3) on O and EE
