Has anyone heard of or tried these tablets, they are from Holland and Barrett and are "supposed" to block carbs or something like that.
I am not into herbal tablets/remedies as I dont know enough about them.
I am not taking them at all as I am still SS but a friend showed me them today and she swears by them
Im just interested in peoples thoughts
