Here are my goals for the month of November. Well, some of them, anyway:

  • To lose 6 pounds from today until the 30th.
  • Not to have any soda or fancy coffees with all the whipped cream and stuff.
  • To work my way up to 2 miles on the treadmill at a 6.0
  • To change one food item on my regular grocery list per week to a healthier alternative.
