Hi,

I'm currently doing CD and I'm thinking of changing to SW as I've done it before.

Does anyone know where I could purchase a Slimming World Diet Book as I don't have a class near me and I don't want to join online as I like to have a hard copy of the diet.

Ebay?
Just PLEASE make sure you get the up todate ones- There are so many - Mainly reciepe books though that are out of date and say that things are free when there not...

Are u looking for the actual folder you get when u join?

yes, that's what I'm looking for. Thought about postal membership but that can take up to 28 days for the pack to come through!!!

Yeah I advise EBAY too, or you could join a group then get the stuff and leave if you don't like the group? Just an idea. I am going it alone too so I understand why you might not want the group, but it could be a way to just make sure you are kitted out with all you need and don't pay through the nose for it on ebay.

Can you not join online and request a hard copy sent out? I thought they did a postal pack but then i could be wrong.

It will cost you less if you just join a group...anywhere....get the books and then do one. It's normally about a tenner to join and you have to pay your first week. you will get all the books that you need by doing it that way. You will prob pay more on ebay and by doing it online
