Just wondered if anyone has had any experience with spotting whilst on SS.

Elsewhere on the forum someone mentioned "breakthrough bleeding" is that the same thing??

Yes it is, this does happen sometimes on VLCD's....it is nothing to worry about and it will settle down.. It is to do with the hormones that are stored in the fat, does happen from time to time,
