Oh Hellie, sorry to hear that you went off the rails....

I think VLCDs are also about teaching us to re-programme our way of thinking.

I went onto the CD 790 programme this week, to re-introduce some food before I go away, and after a *hugely* stressful day with the business last night I had a small glass of red wine. I now wish I hadnt - I didnt sleep well and feel groggy this morning, and I sure as hell will never again be drinking any alchohol apart from a glass on a Saturday evening. I think its this sort of experience that we need to learn from.

Have a bit of QT to yourself, and sit down to make a list of how you felt when you were on LT - ie, happily seeing the weight come off, etc.

Then make a list of how you felt when you went off the rails; I can imagine, pretty guilty, bloated, tired?!

Then make a list of reasons to lose the weight, and opposite that a list of reasons *not* to lose the weight.

See how it all comes out and let us know what you decide to do!

Elle, I think there is a little CDC in you trying to get out!!

Ps, dont be too hard on yourself for having a glass of wine after weeks and weeks of abstinence!!

Hi Helli, nice to see you back!!

Ok so you went off the rails, put it behind you and forget it. Elles idea about writing things down is a good one (might try that myself). I wont lie to you, it is hard to get back on track again. God knows I have been on and off more times than a light bulb but it can be done so dont lose heart. x

Tee heee!!!! you never know, watch this space!! OH thinks I should be one...

Oh definately!!! I think Rachel is soooo right (as always!!) - you would be a great CDC and you have done the journey! You work from home also so you could incorporate into your business....also you have a ready supply if you ever put on an extra pound or two he he (which you wont!!!)

Hi Hellie.............this diet is very very difficult. When you read this site and see people who have done it sucessfully and lost loads, its easy to think they have breezed through it, but I'm sure everyone of them have found it difficult at times. My brother started yesterday and tonight he had lasagne for his tea.......ITS NOT EASY. Dont beat yourself up, just dust yourself off and start again.

Good luck.
x
