pc has been playing up big time..........but i bring news. I have decided to go back to CD for a wee while, i have put on about a stone since stopping cd and i need that and a bit more gone to feel happier again. But i will be poping in and don't worry i will be returning to the good ole WW again. I know the diet works but i have got the patience at the moment for little losses. I start tomorrow, so wish me luck cos i'm gonna need it lol
