Massage allowed while ss'ing?

Anyone know if you're allowed a massage while on SS? Someone mentioned that it might not be for some reason.

ive had a couple since i started
one deep tissue and one thai
dont think it affected me - i didnt get light headed or dizzy or anything
id say go for it and enjoy

sounds like a great way to treat yourself without it involving food!!!

I've had a full body one while SSing too - no bad affects at all - go for it!

I can't actually think of one reason not to have a massage, or why it may interact with the diet in any way.

Thanks all, I'm a massage therapist and gave my mum a massage, who is also on CD, so good to double check. As far as I know it hasn't affected her weight loss either Also good to know if I get a client who's on CD, and need one myself! lol
