how do i load new pic??

AHHHHHH it really can't be that hard, can it?? I keep loading it and it says failed? is it really that hard or i am useless??? any help appreciated, thanks x

What are you like.... What are you trying to do, where is the picuture going.... You have one, is it to replace that or to add to your signature?
