Flavoured Coffee

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone uses flavoured coffees. As far as I know there is no sugar in them and would be great for the colder weather.

Apparently you're not supposed to have them. When you ask alot of hard questions though, this seems to be because they (LL HO) think too many flavours will encourage us to cheat, rather than the coffees actually taking us out of ketosis.

Whittard do a whole range of flavoured coffee - vanilla, chocolate truffle, Irish Cream and hazlenut to name a few - they do them in instant granules or coffee for coffee makers.
I did use these during abstinance on LL - because I didn't think they would be a problem. They weren't a problem for me and didn't affect ketosis or weightloss. However, use with caution - I liked one of them so much that I drank a bucket of it one day and had a really terrible reaction to the caffiene overload and had to take to my bed for a whole day to get over it. That much caffiene on an empty stomach has some very unpleasant side effects I can tell you!
But listen to the wise Mike - if he says no no - then that IS a NO NO.
I just never thought to check - whoops

Thanks for your replies. I have just bought 4 jars of the Boaters instant granules in a variety of flavours. I am not a big coffee drinker anyway so would probably only have one or two a day. But what I wanted to check is that they don't take you out of ketosis, as I know that I wouldn't be tempted to eat due to the flavours. I am very determined that I am staying on this diet till I have reached my ideal weight loss. Are there aditional calories in this flavoured coffee as opposed to just plain coffee.
