Colmans season and shake

Hi I was wondering if someone could help me, I am a target member who is now slightly out of target due to Christmas but am trying to get back on track. I haven't been to a class since August therefore no longer have access to syns online so unfortunately can't check myself. So I was wondering if some kind person could check for me how many syns are in the colemans season and shake Cajun chicken and piri piri chicken.

Thank you I'm assuming the colmans ones will be pretty much the same, so between five of us it's not too bad.
