hi everybody, i am going to b rinigng a councillr to start this diet.. but am unsure what to start on..

I am 15 stone 5 i think... and am 5 foot 7.... i am allways eating and never full.. i crave carbs all the time, and i have pcos ...

whats the best to start on?

I did try lipotrim for a week and lost 9 pounds but i was bored of the shakes they were all the same.. and i didnt like the soup.. i felt ok on it, just cold and thirsty all the time...

what side affects are there with this one? what would you reccomend i started?

thanks for any help..

the variety of shakes and soups is great . your cdc will advise you what is best for you. there is another thread knocking around today re pcos.
when i started i di the full preparation week and slowly cut out the carbs..... from this i had no nasty side effects when i started ss.
good luck for when you start.

Hi, I'm on day 12 so fairly new. I didn't do the prep week as I was desperate to get started and I did get a slightly fuzzy head for a day but people are all different and some suffer for the first few days, others feel nothing, I'd prepare and give your body the best chance.

This is my first ever diet where I've not felt hungry at all, it's brill and the range of shakes and soup is fab too. Get going, it's the best thing you'll ever do xx

Another point of interest for you the more carbs you eat the more hungry you will feel, and the more you will crave more carbs. Its best to stick to complex carbs and a very limited amount. As you suffer pcos it will be similar to my impaired glucose tolerance and you will find the carbs will put weight on faster than you could ever imagine. When you have been on cd for a while and loss weight you may find the pcos disappears. Good luck with your cambridge journey.

Good luck with CD, ive just started today, and so far so good... Shake are suprisingly nice, was expecting some awfurl gruel type shake, but had the tetra velvet choc yummy, vanilla shake ok, and chilli soup, all pretty good. Having the odd hunger pang, but coming on here, and reading/writing and looking at all the fantastic pictures helps, as well as glasses and glasses of water. All the best and stick with it...
