Perhaps we could post some typical days/diary etc or recipe ideas for GI
 
Breakfast is key!

Apparently people who have half a grapefruit for breakfast in the morning are 4 pounds lighter per year against those that don't! Therefore have a grapefruit!!

even the idea of grapefruit makes me wince, is there anything i could have instead, or maybe get grapefruit juice instead and shove a vodka in it :D
