Hi All

I have been on SS for 4 days and had my first WI tonight. Ive only gone and lost 5.5 Ilbs!!! thats over a Ilb a day.

I have never done a diet with results like this before

Congrats! I had mine this afternoon too, 5.8lbs! So pleased! It's not as much as some other people have, but am not going to judge myself by that, it's amazing for me, so I am ecstatic! Here's to another week of the same, and we'll be a stone lighter before we know it!

Great stuff, if only the CD pixie had taken us aside years ago (about 20) then there would be none of this nonesence hee hee. Keep going, we'll soon be shopping in teeny tiny stores. I personally will be looking like eddie (abfab) because I'm 32 now and have never been able to wear trendy clothes so will go for it hee hee
