And i lost another 2lbs bringing me to a total of 18 on the CD would have been more but had a few blip weeks lol oh and im on the 1200 plan due to medication. Measured myself too and since the 17th august ive lost 29 1/4 inches from my body....thats 89cms!!!!!!!
