Hi,

I'm doing extra easy and know that both these tins of peas are free but do they make up part of the 1/3 superfree that you need to have with your meals?

Ive just started doing slimming world again after having summer off!

Thanks for your help!

Kelly

No they're not superfree as they're pulses, not vegetables.

Superfree is fruit and most veg (with the exception of parsnips, potatoes, plantain, yams which are only Free)

not superfree im afraid so not part of 1/3 portion.

i think they are a speed food tho.

its peas, sweetcorn and potatoes that arent part of superfree im sure thats right :) xx

Yes normal dried peas are free on Green/EE.

But not the snack things like wasabi peas, they have to be synned.

I find it odd - processed peas are speed, mushy peas are superspeed ??? As mushy peas are mushed processed peas why aren't they the same, or the other way round?? I know that the theory of a mashed banana is synned because you've not chewed it so this intrigues me

are mushy peas not marrowfat peas? I don't know actually some things don't make sense to me. are peas superfree so I could have peas and vinegar
