Beginners Advice

Hi, I am going to be starting pro-points on monday and will be going food shopping tomorrow so i was just looking for advice on what to buy in my first shop?
 
Lots of veg, fruit and fish, chicken etc don't forget the curly wurlys if you would miss chocolate! (3pp mmmm). Shouldn't make a massive difference to your shop as you can eat what you like as long as you point it! Be careful on anything ready made, frozen or creamy!! :) good luck x
 
pulses, lots veg(that u like)bns is good and swede,u can do chips with it,
bread or pittas with fibre.i like the Good Doctor ones,is 4pp but r worthy,
yoghurt:0 fat greek yoghurt is nice.u can have with fruit,or make desserts.
free jelly,tuna(is good for u,and lunch is easy,try with philadelphia(extra light).salad.
look 4 recipes ww..
make a plan 4 the week,and write a list.

I have never tried bns before but i like most veg, was thinking about making a bns soup. Would u recommend it?
 
yes u can do bns soup, is good...use the peeler,to take the skin off.is easier.
curly is really 3pp.or toblerone(1 triangle)3pp.
ferrero rocher is 2pp, i love it.:D
