I would like to start zumba but i'm quite shy,do u know if there is something from 8 pm as I have little son and hubby is working until 7 pm ?

It lists classes in UK so ignore the US bit

or let me know where in Manchester you live and i'll check for you. Has a quick look and there are numerous.

I do ZUmba on a Monday night in Timperley (Altrincham) and I love it (this from the girl who hates Aerobics lol)

Hi,it's Levenshulme or Longsight area I found on tuesday at 8 pm but they don't respond to my @ or msg.

There's a class at Levenshulme Inspire, stockport road on a Tue at 8pm - it says 'no notes' which means you can just turn up
or ring them.

Wed night - Burnage cricket club run by Wendy Collins again says no notes so can just turn up

Going on your own will be tough first night but once there you'll be glad you do it! And the next week will be easier

Thank u,the first one I tried contacted them,now I'll try Wendy.I ment to ask u I weight more then 19 stones is it ok for me to jumping around? i'm just worried about my bones And as a muslim with scarf I think it's difficult can I wear some "baseball hat" (can't remember the name) I really appreciate your help

you can wear what you want. As for anything else, it doesn't matter what age or weight you are. In my group there's various sizes and we all just do what we can, there is no pressure. The only thing is just keep moving.
If you can't get hold of the teacher, just turn up 5 mins earlier so you can chat to her if you want to.
Go and enjoy yourself. x
