right 4 years ago i lost just short of 3 stone just before i got married but over the years ive put it back on .ive tried about 6 times to do cambridge but stop after a few weeks....now for my health i need to do this but i have no willpower,i start tomorrow and am dredding it ive allready been in tears today thinking about it....help:wave_cry:
