Aww whitebunny44, am not just fat...am huge! :cry: I'm on the S.W. diet....a one for hungery lasses lol! Finding it pretty good so far but only been on it 2 weeks.
You've taken onboard your problem by acknowleding and posting here so your one step nearer to resolving your very do'able weight problem. Now you have to put those plans in to practise....not easy at all but positive thinking goes a long way and this site will keep you motivated.
As the other girls have asked, what plan are you on?
