Why have I waired until now to do this diet?! I love it. If you'd have told me I could last 6 days without stuffing my face I wouldn't have believed you but I have and i feel great!
I can't wait until Thursday for my first official weigh but regardless of what the scales say I can feel a difference already.
I'm currently having hot shake for brekkie, bar for lunch and hit shake for tea. They taste much better thsn expected.
