Pasta 'n' Sauce

I'm no Masterchef so apologies in advance for what is most probably a stupid question!

Never had Pasta 'n' Sauce before but just going to make one now. I'm not putting the milk or butter in so how much water will I use to make up for the missing milk & butter?

I just use water to replace the milk (the same quantity). I think the butter os only there for flavour so dont worry about that!
