Thinking of giving this Sf a bash once I learn about changes might do it like one day then pp for another few days how do u know what's free? Can u chop and change as best for u x
 
That seems to be the idea- no definite answers but theyre trying to make the plan more attractive. If you haven't tried simply filling then you should- far healthier and satisfying x
 
I love it- was off it a couple of weeks and put on weight- back on again and feel healthier even after one day!
 
Did it hun that's what I'm hoping to do but how do u know what foods are free say oats so simple / Morrisons porridge oats?? Or cheese triangles etc etc xx
 
Porridge oats in general are free as long as nothing added. Cheese triangles aren't free but 1 laughing cow extra light is 0pp so a lot of people on this forum use 1 of them. Anymore and you have start counting them. X
