Hi been doing sw for 1 week and lost 4lbs!! Over the moon...good luck to anyone getting weighed today

Lots of people have said that. I'v never tried WW so cant really comment, but don't think I would ever try them now. SW is sooooo versatile, and easy to do. ALmost any recipe can be tweeked to become SW friendly x
