Help, what day would you say this is?

Am still a bit confused on the days,
Today I had mashed potatoes (made with milk - no butter), lots of sprouts, carrots, peas, roast chicken cooked with fry light (not skin), teaspoon of gravy granuals.

3 weetabix with semi skimmed milk for tea.

So what day is this please?

I am a bit peckish now and have a craving for something sweet, but I have nothing in!

Well the dinner bit looks Extra Easy as you've got both meat and carbs as well as your 1/3 Superfree but the rest of the day could be anything, its not even clear what you had really

I take it the Weetabix was breakfast? How much semi skimmed milk did you use for your Weetabix? For your tea? Where's your lunch?

It might be better if you wrote an organised diary like this:

Breakfast:
Lunch:
Tea:
Snacks:

With exactly what you had and how much of it if it wasn't free.

Rather than working out after youve eaten it what day it was you really need to do that in advance - once you've eaten it it makes no difference what you call it, its in your stomach and the 'damage' (if there is any) is already done!

- For EE you need 1/3 superfree with EVERY meal, including breakfast and you get 1 HEXA and 1 HEXB.
- For Red and Green the superfree is less strict (but still important) but you get EITHER carbs (Green) OR meat (Red) as free, if you want the other you have to syn it or use it as a HEX. You also get 2 HEXA's and 2 HEXB's. So its possible you could use this day as one of those instead of EE as depending on how much potato/meat you had you could HEX one of them.

Your Weetabix is more than a HEX though (2 Weetabix is one HEXB) so you'd have to syn the third one anyway, and I expect youve gone over your milk HEXA allowance if youve been using semi-skimmed and in both tea and cereal.
